By purchasing one or more courses from the GED+TM program, you agree to follow your GED Advisor's step-by-step instructions, including completing any study time or tools prescribed by your GED Advisor. The GED+ price is non-refundable after you access the product, complete the first step of the GED+ program, or 30 days from the date of purchase. Any purchases made outside of the program are not refundable.
After you purchase GED+, GEDTS will email you enrollment instructions. GEDTS is not responsible for any delays in receiving the GED+ instructions, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails intercepted in spam filters, disabled email accounts, or unattended email addresses.
As long as you follow your GED Advisor's instructions, you will receive online study materials, GED Ready® (the official practice test for the GED® test), and GED® examinations for the content area you have purchased until you pass (or score 'Green'). Note: GEDTS does not promise that you will pass the GED® exam or any specific content area of the GED® exam.
GED+ requires an internet connection. GEDTS is not liable if your machine is incompatible with GED+. GEDTS maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to modify GED+ or any portion of it to improve its functionality or enhance the participants' experience.
GEDTS retains the right to terminate, suspend, and alter the GED+ or any part of it if fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor(s) beyond GEDTS' reasonable control compromise the GED+'s integrity or correct functioning. Furthermore, GEDTS has the right to disqualify any individual found interfering with the GED+ system or otherwise violating these terms or the test-taker regulations agreement that governs the test day. GEDTS retains the right to immediately discontinue your GED+ service if you behave disrespectfully towards a GED Advisor or any other GEDTS personnel in any form or medium.
You must also agree to and comply with the requirements and obligations of the online software preparation materials end user license agreement and all testing rules outlined in the test-taker rules agreement that governs the test day.
GED+ is given "as is," with no express or implied guarantees, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Even if the buyer was aware that there could be damages, GEDTS disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the use of GED+, whether arising from contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
